Currently we have an opening for sales account Manager with our client in Middle East. Candidate should be fluent in Chinese language. Following are the job responsibilities:
• Responsible for service sales target – sales amount, market target achievement, service sales gross margin
• Local market share, situation and competiation management
• Responsible for customer satisfaction management and KDM customer relation maintenance.
• Service sales project management – project initiation and planning, offer development, contract negotiation and management
• Local service market management – strategy decoding, set market target and development strategy, customer/project DMC (decision making chain) analysis
• Service sales leads to opportunities management
• Routine DMC customers visit and relation maintenance
• Arrange SSPR with DMC customers
• Collect and analyze customer assessment and opinions to Huawei service sales and delivery by mini-scorecard.
• Distribute and manage customer satisfaction problem by GCRMS
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years' experience in telecom industry
• Good understanding of service solutions
• Good understanding of regional/country telecom market from the perspectives of technical, financial and O&M
• Excellent communication capability with high-level customers of Telecom Operators
